Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or go.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and tools.
- Publications or contributions to conferences and journals in the AI/ML field.
- Experience with MLOps and deploying models in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems using AI.
- Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in AI and machine learning.
- Implement scalable AI solutions for real-world applications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Develop and maintain AI infrastructure, including data pipelines and model deployment frameworks.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks based on project requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
