What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities across the EMEA region through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders including Engineering Managers, QA Leaders, VP Engineering, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
  • Manage multi-touch prospecting cadences and consistently follow up with prospects.
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC before handing them over to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software testing challenges, and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) and pipeline targets.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation role within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent business English.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong research and account-mapping skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Engineering, QA, DevOps, or Technology teams.
  • Exposure to EMEA markets and working with prospects across different regions and time zones.
  • Understanding of software testing, test automation, DevOps, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
