Role and Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for all positions - from role kick-off to closure.
  • Partner with hiring teams and business leaders to ensure alignment on role requirements and timelines.
  • Source high-quality candidates through research, sourcing platforms, referrals, and targeted networking.
  • Maintain accurate and updated job postings across the careers page and relevant job boards.
  • Ensure every candidate has a world-class interview experience from application to joining stage
  • Manage and track candidate progress through the ATS.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual & in-person) with hiring teams, executives, and candidates.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS(startup) is preferred and a strong desire to learn about our rapidly growing business.
  • Personable with a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly and with accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
