About the role

We're seeking an innovative GTM Growth Partner to architect and optimize our sales go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and technology, with a focus on building scalable systems that can turn our GTM motion into a more efficient, repeatable motion using automation

This is a new role in an evolving space. It’s ok if you have not held this title before. Alternate titles could be Growth Engineer, Revops Engineer, Sales Engineer etc. It’s ok if you have been part of the GTM motion in any capacity, but what is not negotiable is you know how a modern GTM motion looks like and love working on automating and executing ideas using the latest tools.


Responsibilities

  • Build, scale an AI powered GTM system that drives pipeline, revenue and efficiency. 
  • Design fully automated outbound and inbound system integrating AI, intent data, inbound signals from Linkedin / website or any other unstructured data sources
  • Build AI powered solutions to support the GTM goals using platforms like Perplexity, OpenAI - be it enrichment, research, personalization
  • Strong API experience and data modelling to build, scale GTM workflows using tools like Zapier etc.
  • Ensuring data integrity and quality across the GTM tech stack
  • Build thoughtful automations that provide insights and enable data-driven decision-making for our BDR, SDR, AE, Partner, Marketing and Success teams
  • Partner with sales and marketing operation to maintain data infrastructure, ensuring clean and usable data is available across the GTM function


Requirements

  • Background in automation, revenue operations, technical GTM roles or automation heavy technical role
  • Experience with a modern GTM tech stack
  • CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Sales Engagement tools (Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
  • Enrichment tools (Apollo, Zoominfo, Rb2b etc.)
  • AI driven tools (Clay, Bitscale, Factors)
  • Automation (Zapier)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead/deal lifecycle, lead to revenue process
  • Ability to align stakeholders across functions and lead cross functional initiatives to optimize revenue funnel
