What You'll Do
- Build onboarding and continuous learning programs that ramp up new hires and sharpen skills across the sales org
- Align sales processes with the buyer journey to identify skill and content gaps across each stage of the funnel
- Maintain and evolve the enablement content hub—making sure reps have the right info at the right time
- Create playbooks, toolkits, and training materials that reflect rep feedback, product updates, and market changes
- Support product launches by equipping reps to confidently position and sell new capabilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to define competencies and assessment frameworks
- Roll out enablement programs that are scalable, global-ready, and impactful
- Own key enablement metrics and continuously optimize for sales effectiveness and productivity
- Evaluate, implement, and manage enablement tools and technologies to streamline workflows
- Contribute to key GTM moments like Sales Kickoffs, QBRs, and launch readiness sessions
- Serve as a coach and advisor—someone who reps trust to help them grow and close better
- Experience in a quota carrying role before transitioning to enablement
- Experience implementing sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, BANT, etc.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM programs, or B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding/enablement in high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills—you’re a natural teacher and collaborator
- Strong project management abilities: organized, deadline-driven, and outcomes-focused
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
- Familiarity with enablement tools (LMS, CMS, CRM) and modern sales tech
