Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and packaging that resonates with customers and
  • differentiate our organization in the market
  • Conceptualize and create educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms
  • Understand enterprise software buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • for software purchases.
  • Create and execute a product marketing plan in collaboration with Product Management
  • Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market to position our
  • product better.
  • Drive customer persona development. Develop product value propositions for the defined
  • personas
  • Identify sales training needs, engage with the sales organization to assist them to find and close
  • deals faster.
  • Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collaterals
  • including sales playbooks, data sheets, case studies, presentations, white papers, and demos.
  • Drive go-to-market programs to generate quality sales leads, market awareness.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze the impact of marketing activities on the sales process. Produce
  • weekly and monthly reports.
  • Drive adoption of the product and features amongst the customer base.
  • Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the product.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-8 years of product marketing experience in the B2B space, including driving messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent understanding of the development, testing, test automation, and/or DevOps market. Candidates coming from SaaS background will be preferred.
  • An ability to understand tech and developer software including buyer behaviour and ideal customer profiles and translate tech content into great marketing material
  • Proven experience creating marketing plans & strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
  • Experience setting up campaigns and reporting with marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills with strong
  • attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, ambitious, data-driven, motivated marketer who wants to make a large contribution in a fast-paced business and is comfortable being accountable for driving revenue performance.
  • Exposure in working towards/ enabling B2B Pipeline Generation, including managing campaigns and ROI analysis.
  • Experience in a wide range of GTM programs, including webinars, trade shows, social media, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional initiatives with sales, product, customer success, and partnerships.
  • Ability to speak at industry events and webinars, evangelizing with analysts and industry experts, talking with customers, creating sales presentations, writing white papers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and great attention to detail.
